I have 200 Aulani Feb 2023 UY points (not typo - next year UY) available for transfer out at $20/pt.

Since it's limited to one transfer per UY, I can only do the whole lot, so must take all 200 points.

I am not interested in doing Rental reservations at this time. These points are available ONLY for transfer to another DVC Member. Sorry about this. Thanks for your understanding.



Please note the following:

Transferred points may NOT be borrowed so these points could not be used for a reservation prior to Feb 1st, 2023 (since they are Feb. 2023 UY points).

If you are planning for an Aulani stay in either 2023 or 2024, now is the time to pick up some Aulani points for 11 months home resort booking advantage.

Even though points can't be borrowed for reservations, points may be banked forward (so points are good for one more year) after being transferred (so long as banking is done in a timely manner - more than 4 months before expiration of the points).

So that means the AUL Feb 2023 UY points will expire on Jan 31th, 2024, but if banked, the points are good until Jan 31th, 2025.

You can use these points for home resort advantage booking for a trip to Aulani in 2023 or 2024.

I do suggest you edit your post to remove your email address and change your username / handle from your email to something else. This is the easiest way to end up getting scammed!!!

As far as for the offer, unfortunately, I am sorry, with the rise of payout by the Rental Broker (Sponsor of this DisBoards), at $18 per point for owners currently, I would rather just rent thru them at the $18 / pt price point without much work, letting them field all the questions.

Also, as a precaution to avoid being scam, I recommend you don't respond to PM/email/offers from people out of the blue that doesn't already have a rental ad posted. Lots of folks been scammed with enticing offers that aren't too good to be true (of course there are those that are too good to be true also)!!!

Also, I just read your other posts, and it appears you want to make reservations for this Dec. 2022. As such, my points won't work for you anyways. You would need a transfer of points that are from Dec. 2022 UY or earlier to be able to use for you planned reservation dates, since points can't be borrowed.
