My husband and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary March 2023 (3/11-3/18) and we thought what better way than to visit Disney World with an Adult Only vaca. We haven't visited Disney World since Christmas 2014 and with all the new changes, I feel like a newbie again lol

I am finding the only frustrating part is the park hours not being posted like they used to be months in advance especially now that we have to make park reservations. I just reserved our park days how I would like them to be and I guess will adjust once park hours are released.

Can't wait to visit Disney World again in just a few short months!!

Congrats! Planning a trip to WDW def has more hurdles than in 2014 but it's manageable. I usually pick my park reservations based on what I want to do, look at hours, special events, etc and adjust from there. I think it's somewhere around 70-80 days out that hours are updated but disney does make odd ball announcements here and there that can change park closing times for events, etc. so just keep an eye as you get closer. Your time will bump up against the start of spring break for the local schools so it will be really crowded. Get as familiar as you can with Genie Plus if you plan to use it and have a park plan in place.

The crowds don't bother us since we visited during Christmas and it was manageable as we are rope drop to closing kind of folks lol

Same for us. We go over the breaks since that's the only time our kids can miss school now that they're older and most times, I think so long as we have a plan and are fairly "go with the flow" and patient, even crazy busy days are not that bad. I'd always rather be at Disney on a 10 level crowd day than working. I'm also cautiously optimistic that travel will continue to pull back some with the downturn in the economy so that could be some silver lining for travelers over the next several years.
