20% to 30% off

Hi everyone. My brother recieved a post card saying something about disney has an offer for him, and gave him a personal url. We went to that website and it said nothing about a discount. I called Disney and explained it to a very rude cm, she had no idea what i was talking about. She then switched me over to someone else. I explained again and he said it is for 20%-30% off. How do i find out if it 20% or 30% off?

It is probably 20% off a Value Resort and 30% off a Moderate Resort.
