That means they have registered to offer travel packages to residents of the state of California and that's the number you would use to register any complaints. Rather than print separate mailers for Californians, they just put it on the brochure for everyone.

The offer you received is the 'ticket upgrade' offer that's out there right now too. I don't believe it offers a discount on the room, but gives you free park hopping and water parks fun n more .. The offer card should clearly say.

The ticket upgrade offer is available at WDW travel without the PIN. Use the three letter code posted on this site and others, it's a general public code. The 20% offer.. I don't think is a general public offer.

I just got it in the mail today. It is a red suitcase and it opens up.

Select Value Resorts $79.00 per night plus tax in a standard room most nights 4/15 - 5/24 and 5/28-6/2/07. Saving of $20% per night.

It doesn't state anything for moderate or deluxe resorts.

At the bottom there is a pin # and states offer is non-transferrable.

I received that yesterday too. The dates do work for our trip, which is 4/21-28. I called last night and was quoted the same price as is on disney.com.

Called again this morning and at first was told that my PIN # was valid for travel 2/15-3/30. The she said she'd found that discount from the postcard but that there were only rooms available at SSR, BWI, and GF (CL).

Oh well. And I was so happy to get that darn postcard, too!

That stinks. Maybe you can keep on trying. I really wish you could use the pin codes online, but I can see how that can get misused.

I am too happy of getting these cards, hopefully one day I can use it.
