OMG I am on hold for MS and it is an approximate 20 minute wait !!! geez!!! They really need online ressie system. This is nuts!

Booking opened up today for the 2008 mexican riviera cruises. The hold time on DCL is 2 hours

WOW 2 hours HOLY CRIPES!

I had to call twice this morning and got through the first time in about 5 minutes. I had forgotton to ask something (dumb) and had to call back right away and had to wait for about 20 minutes. Just put it on speaker and carried it everywhere I went. The phone did laundry, dishes, and general pick-up and the time went fast.

The 11 month window for NYE is TOMORROW, not today, but this is still a very, very busy time for reservations. I'm in the HH phase of our trip, so I am a little less worried than I would be if I was trying to get something that was more scarce and more in demand right now.

I decided to take a last minute trip in March and waited to call today, knowing it would be crazy early. I waited and waited and waited - MS finally picks up, I cheerfully say, "I'd like to make a reservation for March of this year," and I'm then told I'll have to call back, the system is down.

Uggh.

I needed to book this trip to use some borrowed points and then bank my remaining points.

I went to dvc.com and emailed my ressie request using their reservation form...I just hate waiting to find out if we got it.

Couple that with Chase calling me to tell me my Disney Visa was compromised (I think at Home Goods) and they're closing out that account and sending us new cards - I have to change EVERYTHING...

What a frustrating day all caused by CRAPPY computers!!!

I called today at 1:30 and was on hold for 30 minutes!!! I kept my cell phone on speaker and kept on shopping through the mall. People were looking at me funny listening to Disney music bymyself with no kids!!! But...
I got my ressie we wanted. Too bad it is so far away, August!!!!!!!!!
