No mention of which restaurants qualify

A 20% off merchandise coupon is available when dining at select Magic Kingdom restaurants. The coupon, which appears on the restaurant receipt, can be used at the Emporium and Mickey's Star Traders. The coupons are set to be distributed until April 17 2010.

When we were there in Dec we got the discount coupon when we ate at the counter service places in all of the parks and we were able to redem it at one shop in each of the parks and Wide World of Disney. The discount coupons could only be used within certain times, I think it was between 9am - 12pm. It looks like this time they're restricting the coupons to MK. so I don't know whether everything else will be the same.

Edited to add: Just seen this, so I guess it's the same as it was in Dec.

Dine at WDW quick service locations and receive a coupon for 20% off at participating WDW merchandise locations. You must purchase your merchandise between 9:00 AM to 12 PM Noon to receive the discount. Offer good through April 17, 2010 and subject to change without notice.
