I'm really confused. I know you kind people have posted it everywhere but, could you please in detail tell us where you like to use the Simple Escapes meal certificates and where do they have big servings so my sister and I can split them. We'd like to eat healthy food and not junk food all day long. I bought 3 Q & C vouchers and 2 lunch Kingdom? vouchers. We wanted to go to San Angel Inn at Mexico for the 2, does anyone know if we could split 1 voucher there satisfying? The menu is good to tell what the resturants offer, but it doesn't say much for serving sizes and we really want to split each voucher if possible. But we do find the menu helpful. Thank you so much for helping us.

I wouldn't try so hard except that both of us are on a really tight budget and its on my shoulders to make sure we get great deals because I am the bargin hunter. Thanks

San Angel is big portions that you could easily share. I also recommend Rain Forest Cafe at AK and 50's Prime Time at MGM. We use Lunch vouchers at all three a few weeks ago with success. At rainforest I ordered a side salad and extra beverage, same at 50's prime time. San Angel we each used a voucher, but my DH had to eat a tone because I kept feeding him off of my plate LOL. Q&C's Beaches and Cream gave us the most bang for our buck (saved the most money), fed four off of 2 vouchers, but we found the same to be true (food quantity)at any counter service 2 vouchers fed 4 with about $7 to supplement drinks and maybe a side. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for the input. I was most concerned about San Angel in Mexico, But I wasn't sure if it would be "tacky" for lack of a better term, to share a kingdom voucher the $29.50 at a restuarant. But if their meals can feed both of us then we will share one. Then maybe we can share the other one at a sit down resturant the next day. That would be ideal. Can I get input on if that is considered tacky or not....

:) :)

I understand your concern about it being "tacky." This is coming from someone who feels guilty about not ordering alcoholic beverages with my meal (@$5-8 per drink...no way!). Anyway, the thing to remember is that YOU'RE the customer. It's not tacky. Tacky is paying for two buffets and feeding four people (not that that's possible anywhere, but you get the drift). Being cost-conscious does not make you any less deserving of a great meal. It makes a lot of sense to share since one person can hardly get through a meal by his or herself.

Don't worry...I'm sure it's done all the time.
