2 weeks to go - and its still a surprise!

We are closing in on the two week mark before our trip, and the kids still have no idea we are going.

Schools know and have approved the trip.

All travel arrangements, rentals, and tickets are taken care of.

Fast Passes are done.

Dining reservations are made.

Packing list is assembled (but we haven't started packing yet).

Still figuring out exactly how and when to tell the kids, but we're leaning in the direction of our Elf on the Shelf telling them the Sunday before we leave (3 days before the trip). Getting excited!

We are going then (and holding out) as well. Reese knows we will be going to Disney "in the winter"---but she has no clue what day or when. And to a 3.5 year old in the winter, can be a long time frame
