2 weeks out...no ME vouchers

I am two weeks out from my trip and still have not gotten my ME vouchers and luggage tags. They have never taken this long before. I told my sister to call since she is primary on the reservation but not sure if she has.

It's supposed to be smooth sailing the two weeks before a trip and here I am stressing out.

Don't delay. Call 866-599-0951 right now and talk with DME. There is still time to send out the info, but it has to be done now..... that said, there still are not any guarantees.

If the info doesn't arrive, but you know you have a reservation, you can still use DME. They will print out your passes for you at the welcome counter and they will pick your bags up at the carousel for you. You could also pick your own bags and head to the welcome counter.

I absolutely agree with Duds. Call right away. In fact you probably should have called several weeks ago. They will usually mail out tags up to 10 days out. Once you pass the 10 day marks they usually won't mail anything out anymore and then you have to pick up your own bags, etc. as Duds noted.

My sister says she called last Thursday and they told her they would be here within a week. They have until tomorrow. I know this happened one year and they sent everything to us UPS overnight.

So not only do I have this but found out United changed our flights. Was supposed to fly from Albuquerque to Denver and then to Orlando. Had a nice 3 hour layover in Denver. Now they are flying us to LAX and we only have a 40 min layover then flying to Orlando. Makes no sense to me.
