2 villas

Wonder if anyone can help.

We have decided to go back next April and want to hire 2 villas, they dont have to be that big as there are only 7 of us but we want the space of 2 villas, however we do want them close together, if not next to each other on the same street.

Does anyone know a site that specialises in this or any specific examples of people owning 2 villas near each other. Preference subdivision wise is Emerald Isle but am open to all suggestions except Southern Dunes (too far out for my liking)

Many of the villas on Indian Creek I have viewed have been on the same street, Oneida Loop , and is close to Emerald Island.

Also bit further away in Kissimmee on Poinciana Boulevard is Cumbrian Lakes, which is a very new gated development but also very small so most of the villas are literally very close to each other.

Due to cost I would really think about this one.....we went with friends last year who we had never stopped with, it worked very well. We were 2 family's..we have two boys they have 1 boy.

alot of the villas have two master bedrooms and ensuites now to suit the adults. also some have accomodation on different floors.

As you will probably spend some days together and other days going seperate ways you will spend little time in the villa.

Because the villas are so big as well it never felt as if we were in each others pockets. (and I like my personal space)
