Has anyone on recent sailings (2021), booked 2 VGT staterooms? What has your experience been? I’m wondering if with reduced capacity the chance of being put in staterooms closer together is higher than before? We are a family of 6 with children ages 15, 13, 10 and 5.

I would guess that yes, your chances are higher to be next to each other. We booked a VGT in early September for a Sept 27th cruise and were assigned a nice midship 4C stateroom. I know there was no one on either side of us for a few cabins and our cabin was a connecting cabin so I would hope they put families next to each other with the lower capacity. But, of course, no one knows for sure.

We booked 2 VGT staterooms for the first time ever for our upcoming 3 night cruise in a few days. I was worried about room locations too, but we were fortunate that we have connecting staterooms. I have myself and my husband in one room and our four children in the other room age ranges 15-21.
