2 TS Credits for Le Cellier?

When does Le Cellier change from 1 TS credit to 2? (or has it already?) Also, is this for lunch and dinner?

Le Cellier switches to 2 credits for dinner on March 1, 2011. It remains a 1 credit resturant for lunch.

Well, I guess I can mark that one off my list of places to eat. There is no way it is worth 2 TS credits.

The announcement includes information that they will have a new, seasonal menu for dinner. So if you're going off the current dinner menu when you decide it's not worth 2 credits, that may not be relevant in the end.
