I had five days planned in Sept. for the free dining promo. After looking at finances and restaurants we wanted to try, we decided to add another day to the trip :cool1: . Called CRO and asked if it the resort was available for another night :thumbsup2. She then quoted me a price of $155 and some change. I then asked if this included free dining :confused3 . After being on hold for a while, she said I needed to book the package, i.e. park tickets, to get the free dining. I asked how much more it would be, and the total came to $157 and some change. I'm confused as to why it's only two dollars more, but was glad I asked about the free dining part, as it wasn't mentioned until I asked.

Disney has changed how it prices its tickets. The first few days are expensive but then after a certain point adding days is really cheap. I know for us one additional day was $2/each. Because of this we bought tickets that covered our arrival day and days we plan to do waterparks.

But... I've read here that you could get free dining your whole stay even if you only bought a one day ticket. Some people with APs are doing this.

You may want to call back and try a different CM.
