2 studios at OKW

I may be using my points to bring my in-laws along on our November trip to OKW. I would prefer to have 2 separate studios than a one bedroom. Is it possible to ensure 2 studios near each other when making a reservation? Has anyone else tried this? I'll be using points if it matters.

You can request that the studios be near each other and MS will note it as a request. The resorts do place a priority on multiple rooms, so I'd expect the studios to be nearby.

There are no connecting studios at OKW, but you would possibly at least be in the same building if not on the same floor. Most studios are found on each end of the majority of the buildings.

We had three rooms at OKW. Two were right next door and one was across the courtyard (about twenty feet away) from the other two. We just requested rooms near each other. They were very accommodating.

When we first joined DVC we used to book 2 studios at OKW and ask for them to be near each other. We were always in the same building, though I don't think there are 2 studios next to each other available at OKW.

We often get more than one studio at OKW, while we haven't always been in the same building (sometime we are in buildings next to each other), it has always been convenient. Be sure to list the request to be nearby on both reservations.
