2 sets of reservations at same time

I am trying to make 2 sets of reservations (same night/time):
Table for 3 at Rose and Crown Fireworks
Table for 2 at Spice Road Table Fireworks
There are 5 in our party but Rose and Crown doesn't appeal to our gluten free vegetarian DD.
I can make only one of the reservations. If I try and make the other it will cancel the other.
Anyone know of a work around?

I think whenever I've had to do this, reservation 1 I have to change the lead before I book and then reservation 2 can be under me

Does anyone else in your party have a MDE account? If so, just log into that account (or ask them to log in) and make the 2nd reservation.

I think the intent is to prevent people from making lots of reservations for the same time since they can't decide which one they will actually use. Prevents hoarding of reservations which would make it more difficult for others to get what they wanted which makes sense to me. When we were at Disney a few years ago with 2 other families, one person made all of the ADR's to simplify the planning. One evening we were going to split up and eat at different restaurants and they also found they couldn't book both ADR's.

We did as a prior poster suggested and had someone else in our party use their MDE account to book that ADR and it worked out fine.

Have someone else book the reservation with their own MDE account.
