A for the stroller fan.... My Daughter gets overheated very easily. We have found the storller fan to not be effective. What we have found to work really well is a mister. They had them at Walmart last yr. You just put water into a canister and then pump to create air pressure. It has a valve that you can turn to turn it on and off. If I mist her down every 15ish minutes she stays fairly cooled down.
Last year I sent one to a friend in Iraq and they all loved it so much they did a group call begging for more of them. So we found the only 8 left at our area walmarts and shipped them to Iraq.
I guess it seems silly, but if you think about various parks many of them have mist areas to cool off. Once you get that barely damp feeling any breeze will cool the skin. It works very well!
