I can't seem to get a straight answer when I call WDW, so I was hoping one of you could help.
I have 2 room packages (tickets and DDP) reserved at the BWI for my DH's birthday trip using the special email code that I received in February. One room is for DH and me and the other is for his brother and wife. Both rooms are reserved under my name and I will be paying for both. We are arriving on 12/19 which is the last night for value season.
I just found out that my brother-in-law and wife may not be able to arrive until 12/20. Can I still check in for both rooms without them on the 19th?
Since it is such a hassle to change reservations that were made with the code I would rather pay for the extra night. Switching one of the rooms to 12/20 might result in losing the discount (since the booking period with the code is over). Also since 12/20 starts holiday season, I wouldn't be paying that much more for the extra night. I would think we would have a better chance at receiving adjoining rooms too.
Thanks in advance for the help!
