2 rooms @ CBR or 1 room @ Contemporary?

Ok the free dining options are driving me nuts! At least here, I know I'm not the only one. We have the option of 2 rooms at CBR or one room in the wing of the Contemporary. We have stayed tower room before at CR, would staying in the wing be a total let-down? As a guest of CR, would we be able to go to the viewing deck to see the fireworks? I'm really leaning toward CR at this point for monorail access, being able to walk to MK, and also being able to see ELP. It will be my DH and I, 2 kiddos ages 9 and 5 and *maybe* my sister in law.

BTW, the cost is exactly the same. What do you think?

I had to make the same decision. I ended up going with CR because of the Monorail. I am traveling with my DH, DD and my mom. I have never stayed there but I am excited to try new things. We are going in September. Who knows maybe we will get one of the new rooms.

I agree -I would stay at CR for convenience alone.

If your SIL comes, get two rooms at CBR. If it is just you and your kids, go with The Contemporary.

my sis and i just faced the same dilemma... my family of four is going late august and we opted for the two rooms at POFQ, we like our space... sis/dh/2 kids are going early october, and opted for one room at the boardwalk... our prices are similar, but my trip is ten days, hers is five! personally, i think i made the better choice

ergo, my advice is "GO FOR THE SPACE!"

With another adult joining you I would choose the two rooms.

We are also 5....3 adults and 2 kids 4 & 9. If you are staying for more than a few nights, I would go with the 2 rooms. We tried the 1 room option once and would never do it again. I am sure your SIL would appreciate having her own space.
