2 resort reservations..how to order magic bands?

DH and I are booked using our points at BWV in July, and we booked my sister and her family with my parents in a 2BR at Old Key West on a cash reservation. That reservation is in my sister's name. I linked all of their tickets to my account and set up all of our fastpass+ a few days ago. We have until June 24th to order magic bands. How do I go about ordering everyone's magic bands and assure that everyone will have their resort room key, tickets and fast passes correct when we get there? Do I order everything through my account? I am so confused and don't want to get this wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Does your sister and her family have their own MDE accounts? Is your linked with theirs?

Since you've linked the tickets under your account, I hope that the reservation is linked under your account, too. It's the "profile" that needs to have the entitlements, and it sounds like everyone's "profile" is under or linked to your account. If that's the case, order everything through your account and it will all just work.

When I click on reservations and tickets, both our BWV reservation and their OKW reservation are listed. Our MDE accounts aren't linked to each other. How do we do that?

I personally call member services for questions like yours. Others are much more skilled than I in these type of situations!

Do they have their own accounts? It sounds like you have rooms and tickets all under your account, which will work fine.

When you hover over MyDisneyExperience and click on MagicBands and Cards, then what do you see? That will show you more info on what you can do.
