I just booked the Poly for our May trip. Upon hearing our plans, my brother in law is thinking that maybe he and his family will come along too. My question is, I booked with a pincode and I assume I could book another room (if there is availability). How does that work getting the room into his name once there so he could have room charge privelages, or is it easier to forgo the room charges and keep both rooms in my name? Anyone ever done this before?

don't know - heard two different versions - one was told the room was for only her and she had to be in it - impossible with 2 rooms.

another argued that the annual pass discount would allow 3 rooms - so why couldn't this....

so if you get the room great!!!

if you can get the other room see about putting in your son name - but don't be surprise if the discount does not apply if it is in his name.

WDW use to when you showed up put the names in the right room but I don't the reservation system allows them to do any more.

remember now you must have the name and ages of children for each and every person in your party. If this changes then call CRO and tell them.

I would hate to have a guest turned away at check in because CRO didn't have their name.
