Yipeee!! My luck turned today when Sharon from Fidelity told me that my offers were accepted on 2 small SSR listings. I am so so happy. Cant wait to go home to SSR. I would love to stay in the tree houses, which is a main reason I chose that over OKW.
Fidelity is great by the way if you are in the market for a resale. They get many listings and the prices are right.

Congratulations! I have been looking at the Fidelity site lately too and there have been some really tempting contracts--BWV in the 50's!!! But, DH says we don't need them (and we don't) but its the only thing keeping addonitis at bay right now!!!

Not true. At one time there was a $195 administrative fee but it is my understanding that the fee has been discontinued.

Glad to hear there is someone other than Rachel to contact at Fidelity. I will call Sharon next time. Maybe she will respond to my emails. Sighhhhh

This is true. Too bad our last add-on was before they stopped charging the admin fee.
