If you are using DDP credits for a kid's meal at the WCC, there is NO OOP surcharge for the skillet. There' s not an OOP surcharge for the steak at le Cellier or the steak kabobs at Spoodles either (on the kid's menu.) IF you are paying cash for the meal, you'd need to pay that surcharge though.
Kids can get a bottomless shake at WCC too as their beverage at no charge.
We were allowed to get the milkshake as a drink OR as a dessert last September during free dining. (Some in group did as a drink - I got it as a dessert. - I admit to being a glutton but really didn't need both a milkshake and a dessert in the same meal as I also got an appetizer. - This was probably the most filling meal we had - I love the food at the Sci-Fi!)
