Hi all
Leaving for our first "trip home" in exactly one week, very excited! While we are there, staying at SSR my husband and father will need to attend a conference that is being held at Coronado Springs. I'm assuming the easiest and quickest way for them to get there would be taxi? How easy and fast is it to get a taxi on property?
Also wondering if laundry soap is provided and what brand (my boys are sensitive to some brands).
Thanks!

Yes, Taxi would be the fastest easiest way for resort to resort travel. Provided laundry soap has varied, either Tide or All, I guess depending upon cost and what is available.

Taxi service can easily be arranged through the Bell Staff at your resort. Since CSR is a convention resort, taxis are usually plentiful there for the trip back to SSR.

If you are in a 1BR or larger, complimentary starter supplies of laundry soap are provided and replacement products are available in the resort store. If allergies are an issue, you might want to bring a supply from home.

Have a great stay! :)

BTW that means a single load box.

We have always had the powdered "All" detergent in our villas.
We stayed at SSR several years ago and they were always super nice about calling taxis for us if there weren't any queued up already.

We stayed at SSR last summer and as long as we called bell services the night before or very early in the morning on the day we needed a taxi, we were driven to our destination in the resort van. The service was complimentary, but I tipped as much as the cab ride would have been, or even a little better. We never asked for the van, we didn't even know that service existed. It was offered to us the first time we called and we were so glad for it.
The only time we weren't able to use the resort van was on a particularly busy check-in day & all the bell service personnel were busy with that. We were provided with a taxi with no problems, tho.
I'm sure we got the van ride because we tipped so well the first day and continued to do so throughout our stay. Our driver was the nicest elderly gentleman and we became quite fond of him as our trip continued on. We were happy to be able to brighten his day a little bit too.

Also there are no fabric softener sheets, so bring some from home if you like to use that.

At the end if the day, they can take a bus to downtown Disney and walk from there back to ssr, or take a boat from there as well back to ssr.
