2 questions re booking

Hi, I have booked our next trip for 11.11.15 by phone through Disneylands official website 2 weeks ago. They quoted me my reservation number and said my documentation would come through within the next 10 days.

I have rang over the last 2 days but been on hold over 20mins each time without managing to speak to someone. The recorded message in the options states that if your trip is already booked you have a dedicated phone number you can ring on your confirmation letter, but as I don't have this I'm kept on hold.
Does it normally take over 2 weeks to receive your documents? and do I not receive a confirmation by email. Can anyone let me know of an email address or alternative phone number please.

You will receive confirmation by email, nothing comes in the post. Try checking your spam/junk folder too. Some people have waited longer then that to receive the confirmation/details
