I am planning on possibly doing a character breakfast at the Contemporary, since I will already be parked there can I go straight to the Magic Kingdom and leave my car there all day.

Second
Is the Fantasmic dinner package still being offered or do you have to be a part of some plan to be able to do it

Much obliged :goodvibes :) :earsboy: :) pirate:

When you enter the CR parking lot you will have to stop at the guard house and they will check your PS#. Most likely you will then get a 3 hour parking pass for your car while dining at the Contemporary. After which you will need to drive to the TTC and park while spending the day at MK. A better plan would be just to park at the TTC and take the monorail over to the CR - this way you don't have to move your car.

Yes - anyone can take advangage of the Fantasmic Dinner package. Just call the dining number and make your arrangements.

On the first question I am not sure. You could always ask while you are there are or contact Contemporary ahead of time.

As to the 2nd question you don't have to be a part of a package to get the Fantasmic. Just contact dining to make a PS.

Hope this helps a bit. :flower:

1. No, they give you a limited time guest pass to display and they have been known to tow cars that don't belong there. There is very limited hotel guest parking so they cut down on people doing this. Your best bet is to just park at the ticket and transportation center and take the monorail to Contemporary and then the monorail onto MK.

2. Yes, they are still offering the Fantasmic dinner package ;)

As far as I know you can still get the Fantasmic Dinner package. As far as leaving your car at the contemporary, you're really not suppose to leave it there all day as that parking is really for Contemporary guest and people who are eating there. Eventhough you are having breakfast it's not ment to be parking for the MK. I would probably move it to the TTC and then take the mono over to the Disney.

Regarding Parking: If you do not valet you will be given a temporary 3 hr parrking pass. I believe they can choose to tow you if you stay beyond the 3 hrs.

for all of your replies.
If the valet is allowed I might do that if not I will follow your other suggestions. I am not trying to avoid paying for anything was just trying to figure out the best way to do it.

Any suggestions on picking which of the available restaurants for the fantasmic dinner package, I was thing Hollywood and Vine

Can someone tell me more about the Fantasmic dinner package? I haven't seen this one. Thanks.

We really liked Hollywood and Vine last year.

IIRC, Hollywood & Vine, Brown Derby and Mama Melrose participate in the FDP - I have enjoyed all three. Our families fav for Fantasmic package is Mama Melrose - it just has something for everyone in our family. You can find the menus, including the FDP menu at allears.
