2 POR transportation questions

We'll be there in mid-August. 2 questions:

1. What time does the boat to DTD start? I have gone through all the postings on this and it is totally inconsistent. Maybe this changed at some point? I've seen some posts saying it starts at 9am, and others saying it doesn't begin until late afternoon.

2. What time do the busses start arriving at POR in the am? We have early (8:10 am in AK and 8:30 am in MK) ADRs in non-EMH parks, and want to be sure we'll make it in time. Do they generally start at 7am?

I can't say for sure as to the boat schedule since it seems to be different every time I go!!! But I don't think they start too early.
As far as the early buses go.....the character meal buses start running very early. When I was at POP last Dec, waiting to catch DME back to the airport at 7ish, there were buses pulling up for those with early character meals. You should be fine.
