I made reservations for our whole party of 5 at Crystal Palace. However, our friends are saying they don't want to do a TS that day. Can my daughter and I show up for that reservation? Or will there be problems?

Thanks,
Helen

Did you have to give Disney your credit card number? If so, be prepared to pay $10 for each person that doesn't show up. Disney has recently started to charge a no show fee for all character meals. Reportedly the fee will still be charged, even if part of the group shows up.

No, I didn't give a credit card for that ADR. But if there's a chance I have to pay extra for it, I may just cancel it then. I did get a much later dinner reservation for 2 that night but I would have preferred the original time.

Thanks,
Helen

Call Disney dining and ask them to reduce the number of guests from 5 to 2 for your existing ADR. I've never had a problem asking them to do this. You will keep the same confirmation number and won't have to worry about the possibility of being charged for the rest of your party not showing.
