2 parks, HHN and VB in 2 days? Is my DH being too ambitious?

My DH’s first trip to UO and he seems to think we could do 2 parks in a day (just the highlights), VB another day and HHN in the evening one of those two days. I think it’s a little ambitious. Thoughts?

If HHN is the evening of VB & you are spending time relaxing at VB and/or napping in between, it could be possible. Tiring though. But honestly for such a short trip I would skip VB - I would for sure prefer to experience more of the unique rides at Universal than use that time at VB. And that might allow a pace to let you still be functional at the end of those 2 days. There is 100% no way I would attempt a first time one day Universal visit, hitting both parks for the day, then going that evening to HHN.

Possible sure, but VERY exhausting. I’m not sure how much fun it would be and that’s the point right?

Drop VB for this visit and do two days in the two parks utilizing Stay and Scream for HHN.

I agree, I think it'd be exhausting. We're now thinking of doing VB and then Scream Early (or however it's called) to go to HHN in the evening. Would that be a more reasonable plan?

You dont get back to your room for Horror Nights till 1am (2am some nights), which is going to make getting up early to do both in one day exhausting. Volcano Bay you really want to rope drop so you can get the rides knocked out and then relax in river or wave pool. I would actually recommend doing Volcano Bay chill and save your energy, then Horror Nights same day. You CAN get Islands and Studios done in one day (assuming done means rides and not shows) with Express if you get lucky. It just depends on how Hagrids and Velicoaster plays out.

I need a nap after reading your thread title. I think it can be done, but probably not enjoyable. I would pick two out of thee things as a compromise.
