2 parks 1 day?

We'll be at Universal/Disney in a week and a half-At this time of year, can Universal, both parks, be done in 1 day? Or will it take 2? The last time we were there was Dec '07 and it took 2 days, but it was all new to us and from what I understand certain attractions will be closed. Any info is very helpful!

This time of year is generally slow so could possibly do both in a single day but if you have two days, I think you'd be better off. You wouldn't have to rush through anything and you could take your time.
