Others might say it can be done but I wouldn't recomend it cause i will be tiring on the kids but thats just me cause we tried it when my 2 boys at ages 9 and 13 and it was very tiresome on them.
So if at all possible I recomend 2 days .

It can be done.. I've trekked through all 4 Disney parks in one day. You might not be able to do everything.. well, for sure you won't be able to do everything.. but you can definitely hit the biggies. Just make sure you're there before park opening.

Again, not recommended but doable.

I really don't think it's doable with that many people along for the ride. There is just too much to do and see to try and rush everything and with four kids, they will be absolutely worn out by the end of the day.

Since you only have the one day, I would stick with the Studios since there is more for the kids to do than at IOA...although IOA has some great children's play areas too.

Like the OP's sayed it will be very hard and you wont enjoy yourselves as much if you dont just do one park.I would do the Studios.Alot for the kids and adults to do!!:thumbsup2
IMO

sorry to threadjack, but I was wondering the same thing. We (2 ad, 2 6yo) want to do both parks in 1 day. But all we want to do at IOA is spiderman, one of the water rides, and visit suess landing. And at US, Simpson ride, Shrek, and Jimmy Neutron. That's all we really care about doing, do you think we can?? It doesn't seem like too much to me, but I've never been there!! Any extra time we have will be spent in one of the kid zones. Or something. We will be there on Saturday 2/28 (supposed to be pretty uncrowded at WDW all parks that day according o guides.)

Since you only want to do a few things at each park, then yes...you could do both in a single day. Keep in mind that Mardi Gras is staged on Saturday evenings and since Pat Benatar will be there that evening, I expect the crowds to be pretty heavy...including me. :teeth:

I was at Universal studio on tuesday february 10 (2 adults), and we had a complimentary ticket for 1 park-1 day so we choose Universal, but at 3 we had done everything we wanted (simpsons, men in black, shrek, twister, the mummy, terminator, horror make up show, beetlejuice and blues brother show, E.T). The JAWS attraction was closed, seems to be closed for the last 6 months.

So we decided to upgrade for 15$ by person to go to the Island of adventures. We had the chance do to the spiderman ride 2 times, Dueling dragons, Popeye & Bluto Bilge-Rat Barges ,Dudley do-right rip saw falls, The incredible Hulk coaster
The Jurassic park river was closed.

So for us, one day was perfect but we weren't in the kids parks, and we've waited no more than 5-10 minutes for each attraction , it was a perfect day, no waiting!
