Here is the situation. We are going to Orlando parks in April. The plan is to stay at my parents house (they will not be there). The problem we have is my brother and his family will be there the week prior to our vacation. Both families already booked airfare and now we have 2 days overlap where we both can not all stay at my parents at the same time. We decided that one family would stay in a hotel for two nights. It should not be a problem right? The questions is where to stay? On site, offsite? I am thinking offsite, but should I try priceline? Since it really does not matter where, I just want clean and at least 3 stars. I am looking for the price range of up to $150 per night. Anyone have any advice?

You don't say how many are in your immediate family, but if there are 4 of you, why not splurge & stay on site for those 2 days? You can stay at Pop or one of the other values for much less than $150, and at the moderates for just a little more. You can do intensive Disney the two days you stay on site, taking advantage of the EMH's, then when you move to your parents' house you can be more laid back.

Onsite has crossed my mind and it is an option. Everything depends on exactly what the plan is. If we are goign to Disney in the forst part of our trip, then yes on site is the answer. Yes, there are 4 of us. So many options and so difficult to choose.
