Just booked a 2 night to Ensenada on the Wonder and wanted to mentally prepare myself......
I am guessing that with 3 rotational dining restaurants and 2 nights, there may be a chance that we do not get to eat at Tiana's Place????

In the past, the 2 night rotation was nights 1 & 2 in two different dining rooms, and then the 3rd one for debarkation breakfast. That means that 1/3 of the passengers will have Animator's, 1/3 will have Tiana's, and 1/3 will have Triton's for breakfast the last morning.

But you wouldn't get the signature menu if you are in there for breakfast.

Chances are that the show won't be performed in Tiana's on a 2 night cruise, as I doubt that they would do it for the breakfast seating. And it would mean that 1/3 of the passenger complement wouldn't see it then.

Yes there is a chance. You can always request to eat at certain restaurants. Although I've never been on the wonder (going in 2018), would do Tritions and Tianas. I find nothing special about AP. I base what restaurants I want on 2 things. 1) Food 2) Experience you will have at the restaurant. The reason I would pick Tritions and Tianas is because Tritions has the food I want (escargot, shrimp, lobster, steak) and Ive never been to Tianas. I don't care about AP anymore, Ive ate there give or take 25 times. My parents love it but its my least favorite. Overall, your voice, your liking. Requests aren't always granted unfortunately. Just do your research on the restaurants and place a request or just be happy with what you get. Have fun! :)

Just as a note - Animator's Palate on the Magic class ships is different than on the Dream class. Different signature show, for starters.

That said, I'm not certain that any of the dining rooms would do their Signature shows on a 2 night cruise. Mostly because I don't think they would run the show during debarkation breakfast service. So, effectively, all of the passengers would miss one of the dinner experiences.

I just booked a 2 night to Ensanada also for October 13! I was curious about this myself. :-)

As Shmoo said, plus when chasge03 was on the Magic it was the old AP show and not the updated dining room.

Do y'all know if the menu is different? I think the look of AP is cool on magic class but the menu on the dream class isn't my favorite.

Generally, the Signature menu is the same in all Animator's Palate dining rooms. You can see the menus here: http://disneycruiselineblog.com/menus/

Also, you'll only have that menu once on a cruise. The Signature (rotational) menus are served in each dining room 3 times on all cruises (so that you'll have 3 different menus while on, say, a 3 night cruise).

Cruises longer than 3 nights will add other menus for the additional nights and those menus will be served in all dining rooms on the same night. For example, a 4 night cruise will add the Pirate menu and that's what is served in all three dining rooms that night. Other menus frequently used are Prince and Princess; Captain's Gala; and Till We Meet Again. Again, those menus will be in all 3 dining rooms on the same night.

I have been on a couple of the 2-day cruises and while I don't remember the menus, I do know that they DO NOT DO THE "SHOWS". This was pre-Tiana's Place, but I can imagine that it would still be the same.

We're booked on a 2 night in May, I requested the 2 restaurants that I knew we wanted to try for. I know it's not guaranteed, but at least we tried.
