A St. Cloud man and his stepson will serve time in federal prison after lighting a pipe bomb in a trash can near Downtown Disney.

David Allen Tagg, 41, was sentenced to two years in prison Tuesday for aiding and abetting the possession of a pipe bomb in the July 2007 incident. Prosecutors said he, stepson Brandon Ryan Woll, 22, and Michael Robert Morgan, 22, purchased smokeless gun powder at Bass Pro Shops in Orlando.

Woll and Morgan made three bombs in Tagg's garage, and Tagg provided the tools and watched, according to a press statement from the U.S. Department of Justice.

One bomb was lit at Downtown Disney. Law-enforcement officers found the second, but a third has yet to be found.

Woll was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Anne C. Conway to 18 months in prison. He and his stepfather must serve two years of supervised release once they leave and perform 100 hours of community service.

Morgan pleaded guilty in July 2008 and was sentenced in October to one year in federal prison.

Tagg was found guilty in September after a trial. Woll pleaded guilty in August.
