2 meals, 3 choices

I am trying to plan my dining schedule for Epcot and I find I have a dilemma. I only have two spots availalbe, and I'm debating about three possible choices. My choices are:
The Nine Dragons
Le Cellier and
Rose and Crown Pub.
I understand that each one has very different kinds of food, but which of these have you found to have the best quality food, service, ambiance, etc... All of your opinions and feedback will be highly appreciated.

I think Nine Dragons is way over priced for Chinese food (especially at lunch time) and they don't even have the good selection that my other local Chinese restaurants have.

I'll make it an uneven 11 I have never heard ANYTHING good about 9 dragons...usually people say that they have better...CHEAPER chinese at the resturants in thier hometown!

Thanks everyone, I think the choice is quite clear now.
Actually, it makes a lot of sense to skip the Nine Dragons anyway. It is a lot easier finding a good Chinese themed restaurant in almost any town then it is finding a good English or Canadian one.
