im taking my mother in law on her first ever trip to WDW as a surprise for her 75th. I suffer from severe back issues and Fibromyalgia, so cannot walk long distances (or sometimes even short ones). Over my last couple of trips I have swallowed my pride and accepted that if I'm going to be able to enjoy my trip relatively pain free (or as pain free as possible) that involves me renting an ECV.
My mother in law is pretty mobile, but we're coming from the UK, it will most likely be her one and only trip, and we only have 4 full park days, so we'll be hitting it hard. She will hate the idea of an ECV, but I'm thinking that by Day 3 (and before we've even hit Epcot) she could be struggling. Add to that the fact she suffers severe sciatica off and on, she may just have to accept she needs one for the distances. If she's generally ok, but just needs help then renting her one at the park may be the way to go (I'm renting from offsite). But if she's struggling before we go then it will be cheaper to rent one for her too from the same place as me.
So, here's the questions:
1. We are staying at POFQ. Is there enough room in the rooms for 2 ECVs if we have them remove the table and chairs? (And are there plenty of plugs)
2. How many ECVs can go on a bus at a time? Is it just one, or can two fit.
Thanks
