2 Disney Transportation Questions

I have 2 Disney transportation questions that I was hoping someone could help me with:

1) At the Transportation and Ticket Center, are there buses to/from the water parks and to/from Downtown Disney?

2) For the monorail resorts (Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian), is there bus service to/from Magic Kingdom and to/from Epcot?

I known that monorail service stops when there is lightening in the area. Does Disney make any transportation accommodations for guests at Contemporary, Polynesian, and/or Grand Floridian under these circumstances ... or are guest forced to walk?

If the monorail stops then yes there will be bus service between MK and Epcot,walking however will be out of the question as there's about 5 miles between the parks.

To get to DTD and waterparks you need to get to a resort,if you're at the TTC you would get to one of the resorts on the monorail line as those would be the closest.

Well, it sort of does. It does if the track gets hit by lightning (been there, done that), and it most certainly stops if there is a tornado in the area..also been there, done that.

I know! We stood on the MK monorail platform for an hour in a horrendous thunderstorm one August. Evidently, a tornado had been spotted in the Epcot area. So, the monorail was held where it was since there was another one held at the TTC. It was brutal.

Only can get to Water Parks Or Downtown Disney from a Disney Resort.

The monorail resort only have bus service to Magic Kingdom when the monorails are down, and sadly never for Epcot, you have to take a buses to TTC and transfer, if the resort monorail is down. (Not my idea of Magical experience for our most expensive resorts)
