2 days, 4 parks (maybe) - EMH or MNSSHP?

We only have 2 full days for parks (a Friday and Saturday) in late Sept and really want to hit all 4 while there - it's myself and two daughters, ages 9 and 11.

We've never done EMH since we're normally offsite - but MK has EMH that Friday morning.

There's also MNSSHP that night, which we've also never done.

Would you recommend from these two scenarios:

1) Doing EMH at MK then park hopping to DHS. I feel like the rides we want at DHS are more likely to not need way advance FP so we'd be ok to risk that part. But who knows with Star Wars craziness crowds - which we have no intentions of trying to do.

2) Do AK in the morning so we can try to get FOP FP at 60 days, and then go to MK for MNSSHP - we wouldn't have to buy a park hopper pass for that day if so and no need for FP (Right?)

Having never experienced morning EMH at MK or MNSSHP, I'm not sure which would be better - the halloween party doesn't sound overly exciting to me but EVERYONE keeps saying on here you should do it at last once.

They either sell you hopper for the whole trip, or none of the trip. You can’t just add hopper to individual day(s). MNSSHP doesn’t save On tickets unless you do (3) parks and not hop on Saturday.

I like the hopping better with scenario 2)
As it’s easiest hopping between DHS and Epcot.

Since I don't save any money by buying 2-day passes, I would just buy each day individually and add park hopper onto one of the days (if I'm doing my math correctly.)

I think I like scenario 2 better but making sure I'm not....but dumb question, can you get FPs during EMH? I can't figure that part out.

EMH and MNSSHP are VERY different experiences-- it really depends on what you want to do and your budget.

AM EMH at MK is only 1 hour, not everything is open, and no FP+- I haven't had much success getting too much done in that 1 hour.

MNSSHP is usually 7pm-12am but you can enter the park at 4pm on the party ticket. You can schedule FP before the party starts. If you don't care about the parade or fireworks, you can get a lot of rides in during those.

ok, yes individual tickets can have different hopper.
