2 Day Itinerary Help

Hello. DH and I and our 4 yr old (40") are going to be in Disney Dec 3 and 4. We arrive the evening of the 2nd. We will prob end our trip with the Pixar parade at DCA on Friday. I was wondering if anyone had a suggested itinerary to make the most of our trip. We are staying at the Sheraton Park. The only thing we have planned is dinner at Goofy's Kitchen on that Thursday. We ahve breakfast at our hotel so suggestions for lunch on Thurs and not to miss snacks would be appreciated! I tried a search but couldn't find anything so I apologize if this has been asked before!

Have you considered using RideMax software? http://www.ridemax.com/features.php

It let's you enter the rides you want to go on and comes up with a plan that fits your days at the parks and the hours you plan on spending there.

Don't forget to get to the parks early! Friday morning bright and early will probably be your best day to do all the Fantasyland rides since Thursday morning is Magic Morning entry for people with three day park hoppers and guests of the DLR hotels.

There are so many great things to see and do, some of our favorites that are a must at every trip.....

* Corn Dogs!! They are the best!! They are at the end of Main Street in the little red wagon.

* Chicken on a stick at the Bengal BBQ next to The Jungle Cruise.

*Turkey Leg...we normally do not like dark meat turkey..these are amazing!! big to share and YUMMY

*Poohs Corner near Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh....get a Hunny Pot apple and a Tigger Tail...These are so good we get extras for the ride home

The rides that are the best and worth riding are all in Fantasyland, Buzz Lightyear, and Toy Story Mania!

You will see so much Magic through the eyes of your child...Just enjoy the moments!! Have a great time!!

Yay for 40 inches ~ your DD can, if she wants to ride all the mountains! My DD's (now 6) favorite ride is Spash Mtn. You could show your DD ride videos on youtube to "prep" her if your worried she'll be a little timid. Is she in a princess phase at all? If so you could try Ariel's for a meal (all 3 meals are served) I really like this place there was a somewhat recent menu change and the food is great, the food is brought to you - no getting up to go to the buffet (I really like that). You can pre purchase vouchers for both Goofy's and Ariel's that will save you $$ (the other character meals not so much) from ARES ~ http://arestravel.com/77_DisneylandResort.html *click character experiences - the breakfast voucher will work for any character breakfast OR GAT ~ www.getawaytoday.com *mouse over tickets click on Disneyland. You could also save 10% (if you waited till you got there to pay) if you have an AP or AAA. We'll be there the Mon. & Tues. after you. Have fun!

My kids like the snack packs at Tomorrowland terrace. Sometimes we need to grab them something they can eat in the stroller and it works well. It contains a yogurt, string cheese, fishy crackers...possibly one or two other things...

1 more tip ~ bring a stroller for your DD - my DD has been out of a stroller for several years but she has a Disney stroller ~ a Mac Volo and it's great, last month at WDW we (me, DS & my mom) were all dragging at the end of the day but DD was comfy as could be *but still tired.
