2 contracts at same DVC question

I am looking at buying 140 & 160 points at the BWV. Can I combine them for making reservations at any resort within the 11/7 month windows?
PS, same use year months.

They are both from the same resort so, yes, you can use the total number of points for your 11 month reservation.

Yes, maybe. You can use both at the 11 month window. If they are linked, you can use them interchangeably, if not, they would be treated like different contracts and you might not be able to use points from both for a single night. Just tell DVC to link them when you buy.

FYI, they also count as a "whole unit of 300" for banking purposes. ie you stripped the larger contract for ressies and are at the 50% banking window, you would be eligible to bank all of the smaller contract as that is less than 50% of your total points with that UY.
