2 Contracts at 2 WDW resorts

There was a recent CCV resale that sold for $135. I was looking at the same contract that I offered $125 and then $130 with paying closing.

Good deals do exist for CCV but hard to find and might not be that different after incentives

If you're looking for 2 bedrooms, have you considered BLT? Still looong before expiration, and it is one of the best (roomiest) 2 bedrooms that DVC offers (IMO). We also love VGF, but the 2br are quite pricey, so we tend to be studio or 1br dwellers when we stay there.
