2 CL Rooms with AP Discount Questions

We are starting to discuss a trip next year for DH, myself and our 2 DS. My parents want to come as well. My question for all of you, is we have Platinum AP's, but my parents will have Hoppers. I'm hoping we can get AP room discounts for our stay, but how can I book 2 rooms using our AP discount? Do I have to split DH and myself up to do this?
