2 Castles, 2 Send out 2011 & Ring in 2012...12 Days of Christmas

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 The hot dog squids, crush dessert... all of it is AWESOME!

I love lime and orange sherbet...it was very refreshing that night after a long day at the water park.

Love the Nemo night, that shebert was a great idea! And how fun to incorporate a trip to the waterpark!

Had to think to come up with something different to impress you!

Was going to tell you that we took the kids to Cars 2 last night! Great movie! Had no idea what to expect but it was definitely a much different storyline from Cars. So creative! My kids loved it, as did DH and I! :goodvibes

Dh and I got a kick out of the opening with Finn and Crabbywe both laughed when we figured out the inside reference to Deadliest Catch...dh is a HUGE fan!

:lmao::lmao: My DH is, too! He said "HAHAHA Look! It's the Northwestern." It made his night. He loves Deadliest Catch as well. :goodvibes I keep waiting for him to tell me he's hitting the seas to become a fisherman... ;)

Hi! Followed you over from my PTR.... now off to get caught up. Be back in a few days! :lmao:

Love all the HP shirts! I'm going to have to hit up Ebay, too! :thumbsup2

Tinkering with my ADRs and park plans...comparing Touring Plans to EasyWDW...TP just make crowd changes to my dates and EasyWDW just posted the day by day scenerios for each park. Not a lot of changes to my schedule but just enough that I am going to have rearrange a few days.

Off to my cake decorating class...tonight roses! Funny, I can't do a simple scallop boarder to save my life but last week I rocked with the wildflowers!

WELCOME!!!

I have to admit...I love ebay! If I can't find it there, then I don't probably need it.

Did TP and EasyWDW agree on everything? Or were there some big differences?

:thumbsup2No problem...I will let my kids rate them and I will report back to you! I think we are in for some issues...Goo is going to be my thrill rider. At the waterpark you have to be 48 inches for the big slides...which he wanted to to but he is only 44 inches...he can ride everything at WDW but Universal is a different story. I worry that there will be lots of upset tears...I really want him to ride Forbidden Journey in HP but I do not see him growing 4 inches in the next 6 months.

I can relate to your son! I'm very petite and even as an adult there have been some rides at amusement parks that I either was not permitted to ride by myself or at all. One in particular that I loved was the Conestoga Wagon years ago at Hershey Park. I went to take my son on it and they wouldn't let us. We needed another adult who was tall enough to ride it with us, grrrrrrr. DH hated that ride and would have to go on with us. He was so glad when they took that out of the park. I think it might have been cedar point that wouldn't let me ride a ride due to height restrictions. Hopefully, your son will find another attraction or something else equally as fun to enjoy!

:lmao: I did the same thing yesterday! Swapped my Wed with my Thurs after I made sure I could swap out my ADR's. What's crazy... is I ended up getting better ADR times by changing... I'm thinking these two sites know what they are talking about. :thumbsup2 And I'm happier with the adjustments. I know you are close to ADR day... how many more for you?

Enjoy your cake decorating class!

There we a few details I found reading EasyWDW that touring plans had not taken into account. One big one was Epcot on Jan. 6...it is the BEST park for Epcot on that day according to TP, but when you read easywdw you find that there is a big pre marathon dinner that night "Pasta loading" that will interfer with my family wanting to have a quiet evening for illumnations and an ADR in the same area as the dinner. Just little things...I ended up swapping MK and Epcot our last 2 full days...although both sites tell me not to goto MK on Jan 5 because of EMH in the morning...but we are just going to have to deal with it.

Actually his problem is not being petite...it is be a dare devil at soon to be age of 5. Now my daughter on the other hand is 14 and the doctor predicts she will be under 5 foot...right now she is 4 ft 10 in...my MIL is 4 ft 8 in and I am not too tall either 5 ft 2 in...we joke that she will have to taking her driving test in a booster seat...according to state law she should still be in one! :rotfl:

:goodvibes

TP just updated their numbers for the 1st week of January and they are A LOT higher crowd numbers than I wanted to see. But I expected that...not awful most are 5s. When I matched their changes up to easyWDW they were pretty much alike...except for a few little things. I ended up swapping Epcot and MK on the 4th & 5th. Jan. 5th is AVOID day for MK on both sites because of EMH in the am...we are just gonna have to deal with it, and this will be our second day so not so bad if I think about it...about to sign up for ridemax to help solve the crowd issues.

Sunday is the magic day for me and my ADRs...I am going to try to get on Saturday am and make my F! reservation which is going to be the day before we officially end up at WDW! I want to do F! and Osborne lights...so planning on doing this the day before we move to WDW while the crowd is high and this is all we do...then later in the week when the crowd is gone we can enjoy DHS without taking time out to do F!

I hope your dd makes it past the 5 foot mark. I never did.

I hope you score a great F! package. Which restaurant are you shooting for? You are brave with those crowds, but at least you'll know you have a seat for sure! It's the mass exodus at the end that is frustrating to me.

I had a little success last night...kinda looks like a rose! :rotfl:

That's a beautiful rose! You did a great job! Flowers are my favorite part of the cake. Actually I could just skip the cake and only eat the icing!!

Boo is missing because he is away at Boy Scout camp for the week

Today is my birthday, so I told the kids I wanted to celebrate with my favorite Disney movie…the Little Mermaid! I am not sure why Ariel is my favorite princess, she just is! I love the characters in this movie…Sebastian is a riot and Skuttle (why are Disney sea gulls so dang annoying?).

Menu:

Sebastian Sandwiches, Clam Shell Chips, & Ocean Water

Beautiful rose. Until I read, I thought it was real:goodvibes

Thanks...I won't tell you what attempt number this one was or that the teacher was giving me step by step instructions at the time...she took pity on me!:rotfl:

Another awesome Summer Movie Afternoon!

I see your daughter holding your son's arms. Was that to keep him still? Almost every Christmas picture we have of the 2 boys, the oldest always has to hold onto the youngest to keep him still.

Sounds like you're planning a great trip! Can't wait to read more about it! Subbing! :thumbsup2

How was your trip...I had totally forgotten to go back and check on you after you came back! I hope it was as magical as you had planned!

It was great, just started my TR because we've been so busy since getting home! I'm looking forward to reading about your experience during the holidays; we're thinking of going back Christmas 2012. What kinds of things is Abs reading now? Looking for something good to read...
