2 Car Reservations - Do I need to cancel other?

I have a reservation with Budget and one with Dollar for a car rental during Easter week. The reservation with Budget is less expensive so we will use them.

Do I need to cancel the reservation with Dollar? I didn't put down a deposit - just an email address. I like the thought of having a back up reservation in the event something happens with the other.

They have the right to charge a no show fee. If it's during Easter week cancel the one you don't need. Someone else will appreciate that.

Thanks Safety Mom....I don't think anyone will want my reservation now. Have you seen the Easter week rental prices? That's why I am concerned if I cancel a reservation...... they have tripled in price since I made mine Before I cancel anything I am going to make sure Budget has mine in their system..

Do a check via the net or phone with Budget and verify your reservation and then cancel the other one. It would be the considerate thing to do.
