My dh and I will be in one cabin and my dd and my mom in another. Our reservations are linked so that our dining rotations and table will be the same, but if I wanted to purchase the REAS for my dh and I, what is the likelihood they would give my mom and dd the same rotation?

Hi Lisa,
I booked the same way you did...because we have three children. We'll put our three kids in one room, us in the other...hoping we can close the door in between us whenever we can! ;). When we booked the REAS, we told our TA (or the DIS reservationist if you booked directly) what room we wanted the REAS assigned to.

In that way, you can unpack in the room where you assigned the REAS. I'm just hoping the rose petals don't show up on my children's bed..

if the ressies are linked you should have the same dining rotation for both rooms.....

If your ressies are linked both of the rooms will be on the same rotation. I also wanted to note that you can not pick your dining rotation on REAS, it's only a request. How do I know that? We were on the 11/6 sailing and had booked REAS. We had requested APL and a table for 4, with Debbie. We got PLA and were seated at a table of 8 with another family. At first I was a little annoyed, but the PLA rotation was fine, actually good the show wasn't the first night, and the other family we sat with was WONDERFUL. We really enjoyed our time with them every evening, so it truly worked out. So, just remember any requests for a specfic rotation with REAS is just that a request, not a guarantee.
