Parking lot view in the front.

We had the very last room once. The walk was very, very far but it was very quiet if that makes a difference.
There are shortcuts out to the buses, the pool and walkway to HS. If you have a car it is great because you can park at the end of the parking lot and get to your car quickly.
The long walk was if you want to get to the boardwalk/boats.

We also thought the balcony was very narrow to sit out. Our view was mostly all trees a few feet in front of the room.

Some people have said that the top floors give you some view of the fireworks. I have not stayed higher then the third floor so I can't comment on that.

Once we had ground floor near the lobby and liked that but I have read others report it can be loud near the luggage area.

All other stays were somewhere in the middle on a low floor. There is water with a fountain and we saw ducks a few times.

My favorite parking lot view far away from the elevator high floor. You never want near elevator because you could end up outside the luggage area. There is a price you pay for wanting near the elevator I standard view. Gives us the stairs any day, just not the elevator/ luggage area.
