Which DVC resorts have 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom? My DDs don't like to sleep together and I don't like to put them on pull-outs for extended periods. I am planning on purchasing another add-on within the next few mos. so I am trying to decide where. Yeah, I know everyone preaches "buy where you want to stay", but I want to stay in them all so that makes no difference to me!! Wouldn't it be fun to do a DVC marathon and stay in each resort for 5 days until you had stayed in them all?!? That would take about a month, maybe someday!

OKW has only 2 queen beds in the 2nd BR and all studios.

All dedicated 2BR Villas at DVC resorts have 2 queen beds in the 2nd BR. (BCV does have some different configurations for a few of it's rooms).

BWV has no dedicated 2BR Villas- none have 2 queens- all have 1 queen and a sleep sofa.

Also, I think BCV now has 2 beds in some of their dedicated 2 bedrooms. Isn't that the bedding they changed recently? I'm not sure, so I hope someone will please correct me or verify. And remember, BCV has SAB!

Simbas Mom.... Doc does mention above that BCV does have 2 beds in some of the 2 bedroom dedicateds. There are 25 2 bedroom dedicateds with 2 beds at BCV.

Some 2BRs at VWL have 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. I have 4 kids and we're going in 44 days, and I called MS to double check that I would have 2 beds and not 1 bed and a pullout. They confirmed 2 beds for me.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I wish I had asked this question before I bought my 40 pt. add-on at BWV, I would have probably not bought there if I had known they did not have any dedicated 2 BR units. At least it was only 40 points not 140! I can use them elsewhere at the 7 mon. window.

At VWL, all dedicated 2BR Villas have 2 queens in the 2nd Bedroom. All of the lock-offs will have 1 queen and the sleep sofa.

If your comfirmation states Dedicated 2BR Villa you will have 2 queens in the 2nd BR.

Enjoy!

My BCV two bedroom reservation states dedicated/2Q. I requested this when making the reservation and was told by MS that this was guaranteed as it was a specific room type.

Okay emacman, I input dates into Caskbill's program using the lowest point requirements checking into a studio on Oct. 1, 2004 and checking out on Oct. 29, 2004. I put the highest point resorts on the fewest weekend days as possible and with 4 nights/5 days consecutive at each of the 7 resorts came up with 414 points! That's do-able!! I'll have to wait until I retire but I think it would be lots of fun.:D

We have a ressie for a dedicated 2 bdrm at BCV coming up in Jan. I called a few weeks ago and I was told it was a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed. I asked if it could be changed to 2 beds and she sd she had none availible. So .. are there rooms with 1 bed in the dedicated 2 bdrms or was she mistaken?

CoolDisneyCat.... There are 78 Dedicated 2 bedrooms at BCV. 25 of them have 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and the other 53 have 1 queen bed and 1 queen size sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom.
