2 bedroom suites at Disneyland Hotel?

Following up on this to ask if anyone knows if the bed configuration varies from tower to tower, or is it random throughout all of them? I'm hoping for the 2 bedroom suite with either 4 queens or 1 king and 2 queens. Currently I've requested Adventure tower but I could change it if it would help me get the right beds.

They vary through out them all. Your best bet for 4 queens is in the Fantasy Tower. I have had 2 queens and a king in Adventure. I would see if you could talk to someone prior to check in to help. How many in your group?

Do you think I should call the hotel directly or the main Disney reservation number? There are 4 of us. My kids (15 & 11) are both tall and don't like sharing beds. I figure even if we ended up with just 2 kings there is supposed to be a day bed and a sofa bed, too, but 3 or 4 beds would be ideal since we'll be there for 6 nights.

First, you are nicer than I am! I told my kids at that age if they didn't want to share a bed, there was always the floor! As adults, the girls will share beds if it is a king. But now days we do generally get enough beds. We are usually in a 1 bedroom with 4 of us, granddaughter (10) shares with me, 1 daughter has her own queen, and other daughter has the sofa sleeper. Works for us.

I would call the hotel directly. I don't think reservations can help much as this is more of the front desk groups issue. I personally think you will be fine. But to feel more comfortable, give the hotel a call and let them know what you need.

I'm thinking of switching to a one bedroom, but I love the idea of 2 bathrooms! Also I'm afraid we'd end up in a 1 king/ sofa bed and then we'd really be out of luck.

I will call the hotel today. We will be checking in early the day we arrive, since we're just moving over from Hyatt Place. I'm hoping early check in will help us get the room we want. I love Adventure tower and thought it would be handy since we're adding club level, but Fantasy might be nice since it has the lobby and stores.

Thanks for all your input with this!

In the Adventure Tower, our one bedrooms have had an additional 1/2 bath in the living room. The 1/2 bath is hit or miss in the Frontier Tower. I *think* the Fantasy Tower has half baths in the 1 bedrooms.

I agree with this. Whenever we’ve had one bedroom suites in the Adventure Tower, there has been a 1/2 bath in the living room. I’ve also had a 1 bedroom suite with a 1/2 bath in the living in the Fantasy Tower. I think this was a junior suite because it didn’t have the dining area that the full suite had.

I asked this exact question of reservations and got stonewalled. If you get information directly from the hotel, please share.

I called the hotel directly today and she didn't have any information about it. She said to call a few days before we arrive. I was surprised, I thought they would know more about it than the travel company number. Guess I'll try a few days before we arrive and maybe the morning we check in, too.
