2 bedroom Standard View at BLT at 11 months?

Current BLT owner and I’m wondering how difficult a 2 bedroom standard view is at 11 months. I’m usually a person who books a few days after 11 month window etc and usually do lake view. However next February I want 8 nights and can only do with a standard view. It appears standard view goes fast. Curious what others think or have encountered? Thank you!!

They definitely go fast, so I would secure the booking right at the 11 month window, especially if your trip will spill over into President's week, and the marathon weekend.

Both the BLT standard view studios (and as a result lock-off 2BRs) and dedicated 2BRs have a serious 11-month issue in that there are a number times in the year when they can disappear right at 8 a.m. at 11-months out (in fact, there are times when then dedicated 2BR disappears and the studios last longer)..

However, you mention you want Feb. If you mean time between Feb 1 and Feb 15 (the Thursday before Presidents' Day), then you should have a good chance as long you try to reserve right around 8 a.m. at 11-months out. That is because that time is the lowest DVC demand time of the year at WDW, raising the chance of getting some otherwise hard to get rooms, e.g., for that time in 2023 both the BLT standard studios and dedicated 2BRs were still available at 8:10 a.m. at 11-months out. You might have chance later in Feb but the holiday time followed by the Princess Half Marathon weekend can often be harder to get.

Thank you for your thorough response. Arrival would be the weekend before presidents weekend so it sounds like I should be good at 8am. We just returned from an arrival starting presidents weekend and all I can say is wow to the crowds lol. So next year we’re planning on starting the week before!
