2 Bedroom Lock-off at OKW?

Is there such a thing as a two bedroom lock off at OKW? Friends are staying at OKW and they think ( they are staying with family who made the reservations- not on points) that they are staying in a three bedroom. Well that would be the grand villa. Is there such a thing as a 2 BR with a studio lock off? If not then they were able to secure the grand villa - not using points! Or maybe they are using a 2 BR and a studio with the studio just nearby. THanks for any info you have!

As far as I know there are no 2-bedrooms with an extra lock-off to create a 3-bedroom. If they actually do have a 3-bedroom villa then it must be a grand villa. I'm not sure how easy they are to come by paying cash. Rich might have an idea on this.

The Grand Villas are almost impossible to get without booking them on points.

If they have a 2 bedroom, yes, there are lockoff units with the studio portion having it's own exit/entry. It will also have a small fridge, microwave, sink, coffeemaker outside of the bathroom.

I have never tried to get one with cash. They do go very fast, according to Disney, they go first, then studios, then one bedrooms, then two bedrooms.

Disney does have lots of points. All those points used for cruises, Concierge Collections stays, and World of Disney stays. They get cash from those points by renting DVC rooms for cash. I would have to say that it is very possible that they got a Grand Villa.

I believe the lowest season cash rate is more than $850 per night.....plus 10% room tax.

There is also, VERY CERTAINLY, no such thing as a Grand Villa with a lock off, or any type of three bedroom lock off.

We got back thursday from OKW(2-21), We had a 2BR lock-off. One bedroom is the main BR on the main side, the other BR is connected by a door to a studio next door. They (lock-off) have their own entrance to exterior, and their own balcony,frig,Microwave, 2 double beds, own bath-shower,etc just as dvcreg has stated.
As far as I know, there are no dedicated 2BR connected to a lock-off(studio), to give you a 3BR.
