2 Bed for Marathon Weekend 2023

What are the chances of getting a 2 bedroom for marathon weekend at the 7 month mark? Hoping to stay at BCV or BWV for the race in 2023, but not sure how hopeful I should be.

The chances are somewhere between lolno, and no way, especially for BWV where every 2BR is a lockoff and the studios will go at 11 months.

Those two will both be gone in home resort, and unlikely the owners switch out. Those are prime locations. If you want either, you'll need to rent/transfer to be able to book at 11 months.

Thanks! That's what I figured, but thought I'd ask anyways. I'll book at 11 months out and then setup a waitlist for the other two and stalk the site. I managed to luck out and get a studio at BCV for Wine and Dine this year, so there's always a chance! (even if that chance is miniscule)

Yeah, absolutely. Stalking and waitlists and blind luck can play in. But it's certainly one of those things, and not a likelihood you log in at 7:58am and things are like butter.
